I have been warm compressing this since 5 6 days. What does the next phase look like?
Will this pop? Or resolve on its own? Or will i have to get it cut out?

I have been warm compressing this for 4 times a day for almost 2 weeks now.
Cleaning the lid with water.
When do you think this will drain? What else can i do to fasten the process?
