As stated in the title, I want to know if a Lenovo Thinkpad E15 G3 15,6" AMD Ryzen 5 5500U is a good deal for around 400€. If not, can you point me to specific laptop models (it doesn't have to be a ThinkPad) or APUs that are good for that price range (bought second-hand)?

I'm looking for a general-use 400€ second-hand laptop. To give you a better idea, I want to play some games from around 2015-2016 with mid-to-high graphics (Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, for example), but gaming is not my main goal with it. I guess that a nice AMD APU is the way to go here, so I can keep the budget low without sacrificing the GPU too much.
