Will be getting my first iem. I mostly listen to post rock and some other related genres. Do recommend something for this for 3k budget.

I have experience growing in United States but since I have moved to India and the climate here is hot, which varieties are easier to grow in this climate (I used to grow GTs in US). How do y'all time your grows? Do you grow in winters only, etc?
