Will this retaining wall drain a lot of water?
My contractor says this pipe at the end of the retaining wall is in case there is too much hydrostatic pressure and won't drain much water.
It looks to me like a good bit of water will and should flow from it, but I have no idea. The patio goes another 10-12 feet beyond that pipe outlet and I don't want my patio flooded all the time.
Any thoughts on whether it should be extended?
