Small left ventricle & hyperdynamic heart

^(F26 average height and weight, non-smoker & drinker)

Last year I got to meet a cardiologist for my SVT (had it since 2012). While he was doing the echo, he found I have a small left ventricular cavity (diastolic volume 60 ml) with hyperdynamic systolic function (LVEF: 80%). According to him, the diastolic volume should be closer to 80-100 ml. Everything else looked good: normal wall thickness, normal right ventricle, and all my bloodwork is good too. The findings do explain my chronically high resting HR (90ish bpm) and blood pressure (120/87) tho. It was recommended for me to go straight to an ablation (already done, and sadly on the waitlist for a second one) and keep away from beta blockers since I need my high HR.
I feel fine for the most part; I just get exhausted easily, and walking up stairs or doing basic chores like laundry gets my HR in the 160-170s. I get a bit dizzy when I stand up too quickly, and I have passed out from my SVT episodes before. It's been like this for as long as I can remember; I didn't even realize how high my HR actually is until I got a smartwatch and kept track!

I was just wondering if someone else has a similar anatomy to me, or has some more information, since my cardiologist couldn't give me much more than "you have a small but hard-working heart".

52+ hours battery life!

Bought my Apple Watch series 11, 42mm like a month ago and I’m really surprised just how long the battery lasts! Still going strong Friday at 6:20pm, haven’t charged it since Wednesday at 2pm.

I have all heart/health settings on and use it every night for sleep, the only thing I’ve turned off is “always on”. I also do daily workouts 🙂‍↕️

EDIT: for all the people chewing me out for letting it get so low, this is the first, and only time, I let it die. It was an experiment and it won’t affect the watch at all. Usually charge at around 20% so everyone can relax

SVT?

Waiting for a response from my cardiologist, but thought I'd share it here too if someone has similar results.
26F - Had an ablation in October (SVT, AVNRT type), and it's been successful up until April when I started experiencing these episodes. They start gradually but abruptly stop when I sit down, and the recovery time is long (2-3h), during which I have to lie down because I'm shaky and weak. I have a small left ventricle and an RH of around 95-100 bpm bc of it.
This was a week ago, and I haven't had another episode since. They're pretty rare, so I'm glad I caught it on my watch!

Help me figure out what’s wrong

for some context I had an ablation for palpitations back in October last year and I’ve been completely free of them until now. I got something that felt like palpitations but lesser(?), I get dizzy, super pale and feel like I’ll faint if I don’t sit down. once I do sit, it immediately lets up and my heart calms down but it takes me hours to recover, I’m shaky and dizzy etc after. is it palpitations? I’ve added an ecg of my previous issues if it’s any help! thanks

(I’m trying to get in contact with my doctor, but it takes time to get a respons)

High heart rate notification not working

I very recently got an Apple Watch series 11 to monitor my heart since I have some issues but today I noticed that I didn’t get a notification when my bpm was over 120 while resting. I had to monitor it manually but I’m just confused how it’s supposed to work.

It started at 10:07 and consistently stayed above 120 bpm until 10:25
