Solar Panel Advice

My home is about 1,700 sq ft, and my last two electric bills have each been over $900. It’s an older house, so that may be part of the issue, but I’m trying to figure out whether solar panels are actually worth the investment. I’ve read a lot of mixed information online, so I’d really like to hear from people in the area who have them and can share their real‑world experience.

Thanks!

Communications blunder?

I got in trouble for sending an email about safety committees to the leadership team. It was introducing our formal safety program and very briefly mentioning safety committees being implemented at each site. One of the VPs at the company told me to immediately recall it because all communications to the leadership team needs to be vetted through internal communications.

Not only did I not know that internal emails need to be reviewed by communications, but my concern is how I'm expected to interact with the leadership team If I can't even get a basic email about the safety program out to them without someone having a temper tantrum.

Is this common across all industries? I work for a very large organization of 30000 people. The leadership team consists of maybe upwards towards 300. I sent the email out to the majority of them. This includes site leaders, site directors. I did not include any VPs or the executive team.

Literature Review

I'm SO happy to find this community, I'm starting to write my chapter 2 literature review and feel like I'm drowning. I have no idea what the typical outline should look like or how to tie everything together.

Could you recommend a comprehensive guide or a writing outline to assist me?
