Leo Carlsson just got an 18mil AAV contract. This is going to be brutal that Bedard is still not signed.

Do we see a Bedard offer sheet?

We brought in Teuvo to be Bedard's winger. It didn't work as intented. Bedard has truly never had a star winger that can elevate his game in his career.

With that being said, a 38 year old Patrick Kane is better than what we hoped Teuvo would be for Bedard. Using this line of thinking, why the hell is Davidson not taking a run at Kane? I'm sick of people saying we don't need Kane when it doesn't look like we are filling that need on the wing this season. Davidson is a clown with his Kane being intimidating talking points. Bedard is taking over the room and Kane will respect that, it's not difficult. We need a winger that we know can make this team better now. He failed to acquire one. Kane is there. He's old but he is one of the guys in this league who has the iq and creativity to play with a guy like Connor. 57P in 67 games with Detroit is still good. Playing with a top talent like Bedard, Kane can probably put out a PPG campaign.

I think in an 82 game season with Bedard, Kane will give you 60 points on the low end and 90 points on the high end. No brainer for me.
