🔴 HEALTH > ANY EXAM 🔴

Reposting this, coz I want EACH AND EVERY junior out here to read this.

I won't give any TLDR, you're free to scroll if you're lazy.

Hello, a 12thie this side. Writing all this with my and my classmate's experiences of this preparation phase.

To all juniors here, guys, pls take care of your health. JEE/NEET/ANY EXAM, isn't everything in life. Try to enjoy subjects as much as possible. Try to be less stressed. Just keep reminding yourself- "All is well" and " I'm putting efforts na.. bas fir.. mere haath mein jitna hai utna mai krugi/kruga, baaki sab bhagwan dekh lege** "

The sad thing is, we realise the importance of health only when we face some health issues, not until then. Hoshiyaar log dusro ki galtiyo se samjhte hai, naaki khud glti krke.

So here is some advice from my side:-

  1. Stay hydrated. Keep a bottle on your desk always. Drink 3-4 litres of water everyday. (FYKI, drinking less water can cause many complications).

  2. Do some simple workout/yoga or even a short 15-20 minutes walk in society/colony is fine.

  3. EVERYONE, do a complete blood test as soon as possible, and change your diet according to the reports. Most of us are deficient in vitb12, d, e, iron etc etc. Visit a doctor, and start taking supplements too if required. Believe me it will make you feel much more energetic. (you remember you feel tired the whole day?? you have excessive hairfall?? you feel tired in even climbing a few steps?? Then don't think twice, just get yourself checked. )

  4. Avoid eating junk food everyday (momos pizzas burgers french fries chowmein kurkure lays and all stuff).. it gives you temporary satisfaction but harms you in the long run.. once in a while is fine.

  5. DO NOT SKIP MEALS. Bhale hi kitna hi stress ho rha ho. Chahe toh sirf 1 roti khaa lo. Yaa fir chaho toh 1 fruit khaa lo, it will make you feel fresh too. But skip nhi krni meals.

  6. Take a good sleep. Instead of spending time on scrolling reels/playing games, give that time to sleep!!! You'll spend a few months compromising your sleep.. but later.. the burnout is real.. you wont even feel better after sleeping for whole 10hrs believe me. So its always better to sleep 6-7 hrs everyday.

  7. (i) Learn to ignore people who try to disturb your mental peace.. especially relatives. Just ignore them yar.. woh saale gyan dete rhege.. tum sirf apne kartavya par dhyan do. They'll realise at some point ku tum unko bhaav bhi nhi dere, and they'll stop talking to you (wahi toh chahiye😆).

(ii) MOST IMPORTANTLY- SEEK HELP FROM SOMEONE IF YOU FEEL WAY TO STRESSED. START SHARING YOUR FEELINGS WITH SOMEONE, IT CAN BE YOUR PARENTS, OR YOUR GURU, OR SIBLINGS, OR SOME TRUSTABLE FRIEND.

Dekho agar apne ander hi chize rkhoge toh bohot jyada depressed hote jaoge. Aisa bilkul mat krna.. aise phase se bahar nikalne mein fir saal ke saal lag jaate..

Image unrelated ofc. I want this post to reach everyone who needs to know these things at this point.
