For people that have the Harrier Maxed, Is the Harrier worth maxing to lvl 12
I have 35 lvl 12 EFs, and the ones I will never max to lvl 12 is Engineer and Flak. My thing is when I’m using the harrier it seems to be week compared to all the other hovering EFs. What general would you put on it? I have Wu, Yamamoto, and Hart currently occupied on other EFs
