Horrible experience today, any advice pls?

sorry this will be long, i went through a horrible experience today.
so around 4 years ago i went to see a gyno for very painful heavy periods and i got back an MRI suggestive of deep infiltrating endometriosis, but they didn’t have the right specialists. i went on hormonal therapy for 2 years and it really messed up my mood and i switched a couple of pills so i stopped eventually.
when i moved countries and went to another hospital with that concern 2 years ago they did a specialised ultrasound where they found an endometriosis nodule and sadly the MRI did not work because “i was moving” and they said they would suggest hormonal therapy again even if i have concerns and come back to monitor the nodule and others if there’s complications. i didnt take the pill, and moved yet again to this country, hopefully to stay longer. i went for a visit, that resulted in a very horrific ultrasound. i have done it before, but today hurt so much i felt pain i cannot explain and i begged her to stop 3 times and she wouldnt, until i literally cried and they stopped, but it was already a long period of time doing the ultrasound. she also did the fingers exam which hurt too. the main dr walked in for 30 seconds barely looked at the ultrasound and did a 1 second finger exam and said no pain inside? ok! (without me speaking, i was feeling overwhelmed by then) and said nothing is wrong u can have babies and left the room, and a report was printed right after. so i was left with barely any explanation except a report that suggested i have hypertonic pelvic floor (i think thats what the girls/trainees thought because they weren’t too convinced that the pain i went through was normal and gave me a website to find physiotherapists), the report said i have no endo (i know well endo cannot be ruled out by an ultrasound) and that i have a left ovary that is hypomobile and stuck to the uterus wall (without explanation). no follow up recommendations no nothing. they suggested a combined pill and when i said oh but the previous dr told me to take progesterone only in my case they said ok we will give u progesterone only. now im stuck with a pill prescription again not knowing if i want to take it. thinking of doing a private MRI and sadly paying for it just to understand more..

looking for any advice or recommendations or anything i felt like i was going crazy today especially that i had informed them that i have a lot of pain before my period and during and painful sex, they didnt even try to help me find reasons. ended up crying like an idiot outside the hospital.

thanks ♥️
