Hi, my partner has a criminal conviction in 2015 - he went to prison for 8 months (it was completely non violent but fraudulent).

We want to visit the USA (NYC) and was wondering if he submitted a visa would the embassy ask for his work etc? Understandably it’s completely non relevant and it’s spent here in the UK. Also what are chances of approval and how does the process work?
