Hi everyone. I inherited an airstream trailer and it’s just been collecting dust in my yard. I have no intention on doing anything with it and am looking to sell. With that, I really have no idea what to even ask for this thing. The person who gave it to me bought it for 8k quite a few years ago but I am not sure how these things appreciate or depreciate in value. Here are the specs:

1963 Land Yacht
Clean title
26 x 8 feet
Interior is mostly gutted
Shell is in ok shape

I should also mention the trailer was originally used as a coffee stand, so one side has a cutout for the service window. I do still have the aluminum cut out part that was taken out so this would be included in the sale.

Not sure where to begin. Is it possible to get 8k for this thing or am I completely off the mark? I’ve seen a lot of listing for varying airstreams and they’re drastically different depending on the year, condition, and model.

Investing again

Hey folks. I started my Roth IRA 8 years ago with schwab but had to stop contributing for the past 3 years due to a ski accident I got into and having thousands of dollars of medical debt that needed to be paid off. Well good news! I’m out of debt finally and can go back to contributing about $600 a month or so to my Roth IRA. Before I stopped my allocations were:

65% swppx
20% AVUV
15% VXUS

Wondering what everyone’s take is on this setup and if I should continue contributing as such. Any recommendations? My idea for this is just something I can set and forget while putting $600 in per month.
