I have not been to either location and was wondering where to go? My concern is overcast / rain in both locations as I do want it to be Sunny! Any advice would be helpful! I love food, culture and beaches. Leaning towards T&T but worried about rain :(

I wanted to ask if September (4th - 11th) is a good time to visit? I know it is hurricane season but historically has it been rough to visit during that time? Never been before so I wanted to ask. Also - any hotel recommendations or places to stay in Trinidad and Tobago would be appreciated!
