First dui/dmv hearing
Hi I’m 21 and recently got pulled over (CA) for my first dui whilst getting off the highway . I blew a .15 bac , there were no accidents involved and I was cooperative with the chp/police.
I just scheduled my dmv hearing because I kept reading peoples stories n I also got told during 3 different consultations to just do it !!however I’m not sure if I should’ve because at the end of the day my bac was .15 so I know I’m losing 🤷♀️
but my main concern is that I work full time with a 2 hr commute… I know there will be a suspension no matter what but is there nothing I can do ??
What happens during the hearing n should I just cancel it ?? Is it worth to get an attorney or just represent myself?? Is it true the officer who pulled me over will be at the hearing aswell ??
