Hi there! We're moving to Mueller from out of state and looking for a school for our 22month daughter. It's important for us that they have a small teacher student ratio and lean towards Montessori, reggio or play-based vibe. I have her on the wait-list for St. George (I've been hearing good things about them), but need to find something else before. I'm in between Yoga Peace and Austin Play Garden. Green Sprout looked nice too but even their waitlist is full.

Does anyone have experience with these schools? Would love any feedback!

Moving with my family from NYC to Austin and heavily considering Mueller for its walkability, parks, pools and hopefully sense of community. However I'm worried that I will move here and still end up having to use the car for everything, not meeting anyone, and regretting not having moved to a house with a backyard in a different neighborhood.

Safety is also a bit of a concern as I've heard mixed views here.

Hopefully y'all call prove me wrong? Would love to hear about your experiences with the neighborhood. Thanks!
