This is the only type of vice grip that my work uses in Japan. I'm used to the US version that has an extra little handle to release the grip. How am I supposed to release this if I have to bear down hard on something?

Looking to buy some Japanese whiskey as a gift for my grandma, she's in her 90s and religiously drinks a glass of Johnnie Walker red label after dinner every night. MLA grad here. I'm interviewing at a large firm in Denver for an entry level position, and they're saying a $27.50/hr wage, or ~$57,000 salary, is non negotiable. Especially since I'm seeing some entry-level design positions in smaller, more affordable cities that start at $80k, I feel like sub $60k for Denver is kinda ridiculous. Am I expecting too much?
Started wearing my cpap with nasal pillows and mouth tape a couple weeks ago. Still toughening up my nose to get a better seal, but this is what last night looks like. My sleep study AHI was 7.4. Any recommendations or insights would be super helpful! Also, I am sleeping in a different time zone than my CPAP, so ignore the x axes. I got more sleep than this last night, but I've learned that the airsense11 cuts off the data at 18:00 everyday.
