Just saw my hoggie doing this little hiccup/twitch/jerk thing while we were doing a pretty standard hangout sesh. He stopped when I put my other hand out to support his head. This is the first time I've seen him do this. Is he ok?

Note: yes, I know he's pretty severely underweight. We had some financial issues for several months and then also health issues on my end that prevented me from being a good caretaker. We have stabilized and are working on getting him safely back up to a good weight.
