Long story short moved addresses and forgot to pay my closing bill for AEP. Paid it online a couple months late on the AEP website and the company sent it to collections before I paid it. Never got any mail or calls from AEP since I moved addresses which sucks. Pay on time for 2 years and get screwed by one mistake.

I really DO NOT want to deal with the collection agency. Can I get the collection removed from credit report since I already paid it by requesting a good will deletion request from AEP? Or by disputing on the BBB or Experian with my receipts? Open to any options. Thank you!
