Hello.. I'm very new to all of this. I see a lot of posts for premixed canned drinks, but wondered if anyone has tried powdered options you mix into whatever you want at home? I've seen ads for this stuff (Sprinkle), and am just wondering if it is a cheaper option or better because you control your dosing/flavor..or is this not worth it. Any insight would be truly appreciated!
