Would this turn into a blob over time?

I recently lost my soul dog and have really struggled finding something that felt right to honor him. I don’t want a typical portrait but he would always go with me to see my horse and it was his absolute favorite part of our days together. So when I saw this I felt it so deeply but I worry about it spreading and turning into a blob, do you all have any experience if you think it would? If I did it bigger would that be safer?

When does the pain stop? :( post TTO surgery

I’m at day 10 after surgery and from everything I’ve read here people have been pretty pain free by this point but I’m still in soooo much pain. I cannot for the life of me put my leg down without an immense amount of pain. Just resting, I’ve been having a pretty consistent dull pain with a sharp shooting pain coming and going where it almost feels like I slammed my shin into something hard.

I rented a wheelchair to get around (initially because I wanted to join walks with the dogs) but the crutches are just too hard with the pain of putting my leg down.

I had to stop Percocet pretty quickly, it made me super sick. I’ve been taking tylonel, iboprophen, and Tramadol sparingly as if I take too much I get sick. It helps a little but when will it stop??!! Anyone else felt like this 10 days after a TTO? I also had a lateral release and cleaned up some cartilage wear. Same knee had MPFL about 10 years ago.
