Bari Uke stringing help

I have a baritone uke and want to tune it to GCEA (low G). I understand that this is one octave lower than my tenor (where the C is middle C). I cannot find a string set for this that is readily available. I now have a few sets of low D bari strings (DGBE). Is either of these a reasonable idea?

1 - Put the DGBE strings on the bari Uke in the order listed and just tune it to GCEA

2 - put the DGBE strings on the uke in the order GDEB and tune to GCEA. That way 2 of the strings will be playing the note for which they were designed, the nominal D string tuned 1 note lower than designed and the nominal B string tuned 1 note higher than designed

3 - give up on this timing until I can get the dedicated string set for this tuning

Thanks for everyone's time, attention, and assistance
