I noticed the windshield cowl trim has started separating and appears to be cracking from Texas heat. The vehicle only has 40,000 miles, and I wouldn’t expect this type of deterioration on a four-year-old Lexus NX.

I am concerned about water intrusion, debris accumulation and any HVAC issues. Is anyone having a similar problem?

Would this be covered by Lexus? Any suggestions are appreciated
