Has anyone attempted the FQPS free mock?

SQE passers and sitters, what do you think about the FQPS free mocks?

I came across the post which listed top tier, mid tier and bottom tier mocks! FQPS was a mod tier level.

I was wondering if anyone has actually attempted them? And what were your thoughts?

Acess to ULAW free mocks on App

I am trying to create an ID and log in to the ULAW app, to get access to free mocks. I am not a student with them, but I heard that the app provides free access. Could someone help me with it?

Should I invest in The100 and Laura in Law mocks?

Hi,

I have 2 mocks from Barbri, the ones they sell as a package to those who have not signed up for their courses, 1 from Law Student Academy (a new subscription based provider), and Revise SQE.

I feel like I should give the100 mocks a try because I will be able to get a hang on the difficulty level!

But I am not sure! Nor about Laura in Law.

Any help would be appreciated!

Edit: what about Devil’s advocate??

Revise SQE mocks issues!

I am not sure if I bought the correct books from Amazon. I ordered these back in April and I just want to know if it is the latest version.

It does say that it was updated in April, but doesn’t it have to be updated until May for July exam?

SQE1 statutes and sections from Criminal Law and Practice

I am sitting for the July exam and I am not sure if I should remember the Part of the CrimPc, or section numbers and stuff for Crime as well as other modules.

Like, I thought statute numbers and all were reserved for SQE2.

Please help!

Is there anyone willing to sell QLTS or BARBRI mocks?

Those sitting in July 2026

I don’t know if this is ethical or legal or not, but if there is anyone willing to sell the mocks, I would be happy to buy them.

I am sitting for SQE 1 but have not signed up with any of these providers because I was late and they did not let me, even after begging lol.

Is there any way, any possible way I could get access to their mocks?

But please consider my request.

There are people selling Jan 2026 QLTS mocks. Should I buy them?

I am a little conflicted. I mean; I have not partnered with any of these providers and desperately need to solve mocks, but Jan ones? There has been a significant change in syllabus, so I don’t know how helpful they will be.

But on the other hand, I will practice because largely, the syllabus is the same.

Of course I would rather buy Mocks for July 2026 is anyone is selling them.

I really don’t know what to do, so I will really appreciate any help in this regard.

I need to find a post of resources HELP

There was a very kind person who compiled a list of all the resources and mocks available online to purchase, and I have been looking for it for hours now but can’t find it.

It gave a bulleted list with details of what was best. If someone has it, or can direct me to it, it would be so much help!!

SQE1 sitters, how is the structure of the exam going to be and what are the essentials I need to bring.

Now, before you come at me saying, "look at the SRA guidelines and anything else," let me tell you that I am not a native of the UK and have never taken this kind of exam before. I have never taken an electronic exam, nor have they lasted more than 3 hours, with a break in the middle. I have only ever given 3-hour, pen-and-paper exams, or OMR exams.

So, this kind of structure is very new to me, and I want to ensure I am not leaving anything out just because I was shy or scared of criticism on this platform.

That being said, my question: what all should I carry with me when I am going to the centre? Like, since it is a 6-hour exam with a 1-hour break, I am assuming we can bring snacks and water. Plus, there are calculations, so we should bring a calculator, right? What kind of calculator? Basic or scientific? What else is there?

I don't want to miss anything. This exam structure is daunting enough.

I would really appreciate help on this.

Law Student Academy for SQE prep (my personal experience)

Honestly, I don’t usually recommend products, services or any business that I haven’t personally tried before. But I need to inform you of one that I tried and honestly was so impressed with.

Law Student Academy!

I got involved last year with Commercial Law Academy and through that platform I found out about Law Student Academy’s SQE prep subscription.

As someone who was planning on not spending a lot of money and with a very tight budget, I wanted to choose something that won’t really break the bank. And, I also chose to prep for the exam quite late, as I have already mentioned in a previous Reddit post.

So far, I have only had and experienced good things with the service. It’s so accessible and the user interface very friendly. I also made a silly reel about it.

Moreover, the lessons are very clearly explained with COLOUR CODED information we need: like orange for practical knowledge, purple for definitions and such! They are throughouttttt the lessons.

My favourite part is: the MCQ bank. It’s not AI generated and truly human made. Seriously, I have looked the reviews and user experiences of other subscription platforms and they all use AI generated MCQs. This doesn’t, that was honestly the selling point for me.

There is also an AI tutor, that helps breakdown concepts for you. I use it when calculations like in Business Law and Practice course, get a bit too much for me (I am truly not made for math) and needed help with breaking it down.

Here’s a recommendation: there is no harm in giving it a try. You can use this code KGUPTA26 and access the one month free trial and then £19.99 per month. It’s seriously cost effective which is why I bought the subscription. Just cancel the subscription if it’s not up to the mark for you.

Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

NOTE:

1. I have tried BARBRI before and let me tell you, my experience with Law Student Academy has been FAR better!

2. I bought the subscription first and only after using it for 2 months, that I applied for the affiliate program. So, I am a user and a customer as well.

Redditors who passed SQE 1, how many mock papers and Samples did you solve before the exam?

Redditors who have passed SQE1.

I need help with this. I am self-studying, and I started very late. I am studying every day, and I wanted to know how many sample papers and mocks you solved before the exam, and roughly how many weeks before the exam were you done with the syllabus? I would need to manage my time accordingly, and if you could give me a number, a ballpark, it would help me immensely.

I received my seat outside of London for SQE1 July 2026, where I live, and gave that postcode. I need help.

I was allotted Reading as my test centre, although I live in South London. I need it to be in London because I don't have a job and would need to book a place to stay in Reading. I need help to know if I can get the test centre changed to a different location? Or if that's even possible.

Please help, as the window to pay is 48 hours, and I need to change the test centre before then.
