730 owned up to their mistake and paid me through PayPal. I may have been rash in my actions but I was definitely justified in being upset ; how I am to know the chain of command or who to talk to. Customer Support messed up and didn’t explain anything (gift card) . I appreciate that I got my money back and they explained everything what happened in the end, I just hope that they improve their protocols.

Waited a year to have my order get cancelled. Now they can’t give me my money back. Instead I get a gift card and have to go through the process again ! What a joke !
