Whenever I open a new tab, Vivaldi directly switches to it, can I disable that and if yes, how? I want the new tab to be opened but remain on the page I am currently on. I'm on Version 8.0.4033.57

So I just started using Edge and I like it but how come there are these annoying window borders on the edges of EVERY website, how on earth do you get rid of that? There HAS to be a way right? I heard of turning off a flag but I couldn't find it.. please tell me there is an easy fix to it because so far I couldn't find one.
