I’m about 3 months in at my warehouse. I’ve done very well in terms of numbers, it’s not hard for me to hit incentive pay. What I find extremely challenging and draining though is the repetitiveness and the lack of mental stimulation. Do yall have any advice for alleviating that because it’s genuinely my only complaint with the work.
