During the entire time I've been playing (I believe) that the box containing a random set of clothes for Shizuka/Asami/Yuriko has only been available in the no-pity crane/prize box. Is this the only way to get the casual set for these characters? Or is there a chance that they may show up in regular events that can be exchanged for tickets/ any sort of pity pool game.

I want to know how skins work, here are my questions/ examples:

Clothes - If I have a lvl 2 Saya Casual set and a Lvl 1 Swimsuit set. Am I forced to wear the casual set for the better stats, or can I wear the swimsuit set because I like the way it looks and keep the same stats as whatever my best is or are the stats combined across all owned skins?

Weapons - If I have a lvl 5 red skin, is there a point in getting other skins or do the stats from all skins get combined?

I've looked at the drop rates for the current prize game (the one that requires you to land on a special slot to move up with up to 4 rank ups). And on that drop rates it does not specify any type of pity or guarantee after a certain amount of tries.

Does anyone know roughly how many attempts it would take to get the second floor prize? Or if there is a pity, when does the pity trigger?
