Is my retroarch PC CRT solution close enough to my TV CRT (240p composite)?

Please ignore the weird geometry.

Any tips? I think it reminds me of a PVM, but I've never seen one irl, only close up photos.

*it's actually 240p component

During the WC final, I mistakenly replied "Arriba!" after a spanish guy shouted "Viva España!" to me. Is it always a bad thing to say? It happened in Brazil.

As a Brazillian, the word "Arriba" just sounds cool to me and I thought it was a normal thing to say. But I was wearing a Spain jersey, so I guess it sounded bad like I was ill-intended. Is it necessarily a Fascist thing or it's ok in this context?
