Need advice
Hi everyone,
I’m building a new house and I’m trying to plan the audio setup for this living room (photos attached). I’m looking for recommendations.
A few details:
Open concept living room with high ceilings.
TV wall is fairly minimal/clean and I want to keep the aesthetic modern.
There will be someone living in the basement, so I don’t want insane bass shaking the whole house.
The house is still under construction, so wiring speakers now is easy.
There’s an 8-foot flat ceiling section above the sofa where I could install in-ceiling speakers.
I’m not chasing “perfect audiophile” performance. I care more about good immersive sound while keeping everything discreet and visually clean.
I’m also not too sure what kind of budget I’m expecting for this.
