Why are there no photos of her trapped under the fridge?

Assuming it did actually happen, why are there no photos of her under the fridge? She had access to her phone to call 911 and txt Stephen.

She must know that people will want to see all the messy/gory/personal details, and she usually loves sharing that side of things too.

Why didn't Stephen take photos? I'm not sure if he arrived before or after the fridge was lifted from her. He could have taken photos of the food all over the floor, the fridge ripped over, etc.

Do you think she has photos and is waiting for things to settle down, so she can whip them out go for a second round of 15 minutes of fame?
