Where do young locals hang out?
We are a group of 3 18 year old guys in interrail and we’ll visit koeln, we visited Hamburg recently but the place recommended by the guides (such as Reeperbahn and Sternschanze) were full of 25/30 year olds. Do you know places where the young locals hang out?
