This piece of art can be found in the town of Chiatura in Western Georgia. It was opened in 1964 with an official capacity of 11,650.
The local team plays in the 5th league and, from what I was able to find out, still uses this crumbling, but lovely stadium.

I had a chance to attend the Champions League Final and take some photos. I also wrote about my perspective on the "spectacle" and everything surrounding it.
