Is this alarming to you? This much bone loss in 3 years seems crazy, but Im NAD!

These are my husbands pano & bite wing xrays from Feb 2023 then the most recent pano April 2026

Thoughts? Is this a drastic change? Would it look much different if I got the actual xray and not a picture of an xray for his 2026 pano?
