I was gifted this bracelet and charms almost 15 years ago, but I never wore it, as it got stuck on my arm hair and I didn't like that as a child. Recently I did some cleaning and found it in an old shoebox where I kept some memorial stuff. It had oxidised a bit, so I put it in a liquid silver cleaner for 1 hour and it did get a little better, but it was still dark. I searched on reddit how to clean it and I saw a comment saying not to put it in a liquid cleaner (first mistake), and many other comments saying to put it in water with some dish soap, let it soak a bit and clean it. So the next day I put it in water diluted with soap to soak it, but my father got into the hospital for an emergency, so I couldn't bother finishing the cleaning (second mistake). I left it there for a few days and when I remembered it I saw that it had absorbed all the water and I was left with what is shown in the picture. Can I fix this or is it a done deal?
