I had ACL reconstruction surgery in my left knee 7 months back at AIIMS Jodhpur and have been doing exercise and taking physiotherapy sessions regularly and I'm still not able to walk for even 10 minutes properly. I've been dealing with stiffness, extension lag and consistent pain, there's no improvement at all, I feel no stability and strength in my knee.

I've discussed these problems with my surgeon Dr. Sumit Banerjee at AIIMS and according to him it's normal and I should start jogging even if I have no strength and stability.

Please help me...
