
Is this a good lunch I'm trying to lose fat?
So this is basically channa, Tomato, onion, small peices of carrot, dhai and the rice is below all of this and also on the side is hot sauce
I made this concoction and it kinda tasted alright
I want to know is this a good receipe if I'm trying to lose fat?
Oh and also I plan on adding salad leaves and occasionally replacing the channa with chicken breast
