Vader in a chrysanthemum

Vader in a chrysanthemum

My artist had been dying to do a Vader piece that wasn’t a cover up. Let him have creative freedom. Love it!

34F Looking for friends

34F looking for new girlfriends around the city. Currently live in the North Versailles area but I’m in the city more than I’m not at this point, also planning to move back to the city later this year after being back with my parents for a while.

A lot of my friends have either moved out of town, have kids, different work schedules, etc. Due to things of that nature, being able to spend time with them has gotten difficult and I’d like to meet new people to do things with.

About me: queer, enjoy being outside - especially swimming, previously into Pilates/yoga and want to get back into it, I love music, going to baseball games, love brunch and drag shows, so on.

Let me know if you’d like to chat and maybe get together soon!

My alarm clock

Bonded with my partner’s cat over the last 8 months. I’m obsessed with him. Anywho, this is what I wake up to every time I stay over. 🥹

Wanting to switch careers in mid 30’s

For my mental health, I (34F) need to switch careers but I am completely lost on what I want to do. From 2010-2020 I worked for contracting companies in an admin/operations role. Everything from receptionist, to AP, to AR, to payroll, to dispatching.

In 2020 I was laid off due to COVID, due to my salary requirements and hiring freezes I had a hard time finding another job in the same field. I was miserable anyway so I decided to pursue something I had been thinking about doing for years, I switched to the beauty industry.

Well, as we all know the economy is awful right now, I’m severely burned out, and I’m not making a good income. I need to find a new direction but I’m lost.

Some additional info: I did not go to college, but I have 16 years in the workforce doing so many different roles. I’m a people person, I’m creative, I enjoy being in forward facing roles but not opposed to remote work at this point, and I work hard. A degree is not an option at this point due to time and cost. I am considering some sort of certification but not sure what direction to go in, and the job market is god awful right now.

Halp 😵‍💫
