What do your calories look like as a 5ft woman trying to lose weight?
Hi everyone! I’m curious on what everyone’s deficit number looks like and what has worked for them, specifically anyone 5’0. I’m aware it varies per person, but earlier I was crashing out on why the scale won’t move but my body fat has shed off but not as much as I liked. I’ve come to realize that I have been eating in a slight-barely there deficit or a maintenance, but I’ve been slowly recomping. My goal is to truly lean out and I’m 133lbs, and have lost only 3lbs through my journey. It sounds insignificant but I do see a difference from when I first started.
Would love to see how everyone’s numbers look!
