Just got my PR card today! I was surprised because there were no email notifications whatsoever, and my PR Portal still says last processed on the day I submitted my P2. I was definitely surprised to see it came in the mail, because I saw that for others, they were notified if it was mailed out already.
Anyway, here's my whole timeline now:
ITA: November 14, 2025
AOR: December 17, 2025
BIL: February 11, 2026
Medicals passed: February 11, 2026
Biometrics complete in tracker: Feb 17, 2026
Background Check started in tracker: Feb 17, 2026
Eligibility completed and passed (in tracker and called IRCC to confirm) - March 23, 2026
Ghost update on tracker - March 24, 2026
Background Check completed - March 25, 2026
Final Decision - March 25, 2026
P1 - March 26, 2026 (responded same day)
P2 - March 27, 2026 (responded same day)
ECOPR - April 7, 2026
PR Card - May 20, 2026
