I’m from Chandigarh and wanted to know how hostel allotment works for girls in first sem at PEC Chandigarh.

Are Chandigarh students also allotted hostels normally, or are hostels given to us only if rooms remain vacant after outside students get them? Would appreciate if seniors could clarify.

I genuinely gave these exams everything I had for 2 years.
Skipped trips. Lost friends. Slept with guilt. Woke up with panic.
Every day became a countdown to a rank that was supposed to decide my worth.

And after all that?

UGEE: failed.
JEE Mains: 98 percentile (getting shit colleges)
BITSAT: messed that up too.

What hurts the most isn’t even the result anymore. It’s realizing how much of yourself you sacrificed believing hard work always pays off eventually. People love saying “give it your all and you’ll make it.” Nobody tells you what to do when you actually do give it your all… and still fail, that empty felling is just crushing you with guilt and what ifs.

I don’t even know who I am outside exams anymore.
These 2 years took every hobby, every ounce of confidence, every spark I had and replaced it with constant anxiety and comparison.

the worst part is that i still have to get up and give advance and my parents are so so hopeful it is killing me on the inside, cuz i am getting shit marks mocks mai i just cant bare to see them being disappointed again yr
