what's your most disliked weapon to fight and what do you think should be changed about it?

pretty self explanatory, so i'll go first!!

my most disliked weapons to fight are both toy knife and real knife!

to fix them i think toy knife should get the "shield" removed and changed back to temp hp but decrease the temp hp it gets by a LOT as it has far too much mobility and far too much rushdown to be considered a ""tank"" (should just be called a free win, especially with DT and kindness) and make ALL of its moves counterable so things like revenge don't get wiped out of the game because a move that literally makes you slash the sans in the fucking face isnt considered a counterable melee move.

real knife should probably get its mobility slightly toned down considering it has self sustain just like toy knife but even better rushing and high HP damage, so revert the slash dashing thing change to just how it was. i also think the max buff dash should be harder to land since i believe it is far too rewarding for such an easy to land move (no, landing fight in the middle is really not difficult at all unless you, for whatever reason, are playing at 200+ ping) and be counterable too. now this last thing i have for it might be overkill, but i think it should get a very slight hitbox decrease since it has one of the fastest m1s, highest damaging m1s, and BIGGEST m1s and it's such a cheese way of winning that i feel like it needs a small change in some way, especially with integ.

lmk what you guys think!!! a lot of weapons in this game are insufferable imo so i think it'd be fun knowing everyone's perspective on this

how many of you prefer the new style of reworks over the old ones and why? (empty promises/pre-SOTP VS post SOTP+Casino)?

can't make a poll on the web so i gotta make this a question instead, but i personally prefer the reworks from empty promises or before over the newer ones. the older reworks, in my opinion, were part of what made ULC fun and gave it its charm that made it stand out from the other SVC games. the newer reworks (such as science, outer, and the "small" classic changes) are kind of just... boring? they look cool and everything, but they just feel like any other game now. i only ever kept playing ulc (30k+ wins) because when i first picked it up (around empty promises), ULC was really fun despite of all the unbalance because the game still felt fun to play regardless of the unbalance like true form or the unkillable WFD or the year long match hardtale because it was a unique experience with an also unique charm to it. i personally think ULC should've stuck to the older type of reworks that made the game worth playing for a different experience other than your average flashy fighting game but just needed some balance tweaks (on top of that, the newer reworks are INSANELY unoptimized and make the game lag hella).

why do some people think dustbelief is the strongest character in the game?

like yeah if you don't know how to dodge then i guess he's strong but he's really easy to dodge and super defenseless after using the bone spin. he also just doesn't have anything special to do it's just click on your attacks and pray someone dies 😓😓😓
