Could i still apply for the bsn program with a 71% teas score

If i retake micro (i made a c when i took it at CC) can it increase the chances of getting accepted to the nursing program? I applied for F26 i am waitlisted atm & im planning on applying for S27. If the class is available over the summer would they still accept my new grade?
