Tacrolimus - experience using it and how long to clear rash?

I've been using tacrolimus topical for almost 2 weeks now and the flaking skin has cleared, but I'm scared the red pigmentation won't go away. I've had pd for maybe 4 years before I decided to ask my doctor about it. Has anyone else had the pigmentation clear with tacrolimus and how long did it take?
