SMM, markers flat since 2021 then spike in soulable BCMA from 39 to 67

The MM specialist didn't seem too concerned, which made me think they didn't read my spring labs, but I understand this marker to be a precursor. My full workup has been great since 2021, though I just found out I have osteoporosis, which makes me think the myeloma might be waking up... I have labs again in July and getting another full body MRI but suspect elevated IgG will follow. Just looking for your experience or thoughts on this marker

M, 55 just diagnosed with osteoporosis (so new to this...)

Otherwise healthy male (except for smoldering multiple myeloma, which means it's not active and just monitor through labwork). Was doing deadlifts in the gym going for my max and pop goes the L5. Got an MRI and saw compound fracture so got DX scan and voila: (left femoral neck T score -2.8, lumbar spine (L1-L4) T score -2.4. Just saw endocrinologist (Mt SInai in NYC) and they lean to anabolics (Evenity) followed by reclast or prolia. I used to be 5' 9.5" and have lost two inches, but not sure over what timeframe.

I like to be active so trying to find a NYC PT who specializes in osteoporosis to see what I can do. Brick House Bones also sounds like a great resource.

Generally hear to learn from others and find out what patients think. I've also heard of other experimental regimes that work in concert with the SMM but none are FDA approved. Sort of in a daze as of course I wasn't expecting this. Probably no more skiiing but dammed if I can't go to the gym, but I guess I need to be a lot smarter about it.

for a 55 yo male this is relatively rare and I need to look at my age band/gender before getting tooexcited about somebody's experience but happy to hear from anyone about people, places and resources.
