Just wondering if anyone here has somewhat recently done their class 4 license in Yellowknife and where you went to get the medical fitness form filled out. I'm getting mixed information from people, and from what I know primary care doesn't do forms? To note, I do not have a family doctor at this time. Thanks for any help so I don't have to go around in circles!
