Did you get an interview?

Does anyone know if you can apply for PPC without a secured training contract or you have to have a training contract before applying? I ask because ESB are stating you must meet all requirements and like ready to go but law society saying you need a training contract secured before apply and it is only when you apply do you know if you meet all requirements (excluding the obvious like passing all 8FE1s)

Just passed all my fe1s, happy to join to habe a community to chat to about all what's involved now for next chapter.
