My local church currently uses spreadsheets for rotas and I want to move everyone off to using AltarDesk so they can also set up their unavailability so rota management is easier to do.

How do you ensure people buy into using a portal for rotas instead of spreadsheets.

I'm thinking of revoking access to the sheets and forcing them to create an account on AltarDesk.

Any other ideas?
