I have a wpsd duplex hot spot. Whenever I try to connect to a TG, my first kachunk keeps failing with the message "repeater not found". I end up kachunk multiple times. I have tried both short and long kachunk; but the first one keeps failing. Any one has experienced this?

On a local DMR repeater, I have been observing busy signals all day, but nothing came up. I know the Color Code is correct because I saw previous call logs hitting that Color Code. I have the radio on anytone digimonitor for any calls.

what am i missing?

I'm new to dmr. I saw a recommendation for the hamspot 5 hotspot. Seem like a bright kid. Has anyone used the hamspot and what do you think of it?
