I am from a large family. Bipolar disorder is present in my family, along with depression and severe anxiety.
Thankfully, I only have to face anxiety personally and have worked on strategies in counseling.
Every single one of my family members faces either anxiety, depression or bipolar disorder. Due to this, they often need support, or their loved ones need support for dealing with the symptoms of their challenges.
I have acted as the support person for ages now but I’m very exhausted. Every person vents to me about things that no one is willing to work on. Often times, their vent sessions are about other members of our families who also vent to me 😂 so it can become quite exhausting and challenging to support everyone.
The problem is that no one is willing to put in the work to face their difficulties.
How do you move on from being the support person for people who will not put in the work to face the sources of their difficulties?
Do you ask about caseload size in interviews or do you assume it’s going to be high?
The jail told me the have an on site notary. I’ve tried to call them several times and have not been successful in connecting with them.
I have legal documents that he needs to sign.
Does anyone know how to get in contact with the notary outside of a phone call?

I am being gifted a small property from relatives. One of them used a quitclaim deed to note that they do not want anything to do with the property and have deeded it to me. Unfortunately, my research has shown that Quitclaim deeds are generally not accepted by Title Companies. Is anyone able to explain why a quitclaim deed isn't accepted in Texas?
