I'm a second year biotech undergrad student from pune india.. I want to do a research project or be a part of a research project.. Right now my curriculum is focused on theory n labs.. but i want to do research as that will only help me identify what is my area of interest.. i'm interested in plant animal biotech n also bioinformatics.. i want to explore these options.. how does research takes place in these fields.. Also i want to apply for summer internships which are sponsored but everyone needs some prior research experience, obvi they wont take a random guy.. so like how do i do that? i asked my professors if i can be a part of on going research projects of seniors, they were like now our labs r fully equipped.. n the main prob is the STRENGTH of my batch.. we are 140 students.. n like when we go in 3rd yr we have to do a project.. so we wont be given any project to work or like idts tat we would be able to chose by our own.. coz like we have small labs.. n like just 5 pipettes which are common for all the labs(plant, animal, micro, cell) so tat all will be hectic.. so i want to explore outside my college in research institutes wherein i can be a part of ongoing projects but how shld i go for it? how do i gain research experience is my biggest question?

And y i want to do more is coz i want to do masters from abroad n tat too on a scholarship coz i'm not tat financially good.. and to get fully funded scholarship i shld have done some good research works.. tat is y i'm looking to do or be a part of a research project.. just depending on my college wont give me enough research experience is wt i've understood..

Guys i genuinely need help.. I have a hp z book laptop, it was all working perfectly when yesterday while i was playing valorant my laptop just shut down automatically and since then whenever i plug in charger to my laptop it just shuts down after a few seconds.. i think its some software issue coz the laptop does charge and work smoothly.. i have no idea about softwares in laptop.. if any1 of you can figure out what the issue is and can find a solution it would really be a great help coz my mid sem exams r cmg up.. i need to charge my laptop fully while its shut down n use it when it is not plugged in..
